David H. Relkin is a seasoned New York attorney handling business and commercial litigation, arbitration, bankruptcy and collections. He is a former partner with the highly respected law firms of Kreindler & Relkin, P.C. and Duane Morris LLP. He has also served with the New York County District Attorney's Office and was general counsel for a multimillion dollar import/export company.

Mr. Relkin regularly lectures on bankruptcy, fraudulent conveyances, arbitration, debt collection and other legal issues. He also acts as a judge in Yale mock trial and moot court competitions.
